Week 4 gave fantasy managers fresh injury questions and a few performances worth acting on before the waiver wire gets crowded. These five names bring different kinds of upside, so match the claim to your roster instead of spending priority just because a player is trending.
1. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Panthers. Fourteen catches, 192 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday night is the kind of production that deserves immediate attention. He is the must-add of this group. Cap's Take: Make the claim now. A receiver who just delivered that kind of week should not be sitting on waivers while you wait for another reminder.
2. Tyson Bagent, QB, Bears. Bagent is expected to start Week 5 against the Packers, which gives him a clear path to relevance in SuperFlex leagues that need a quarterback. Cap's Take: Treat him as a practical SuperFlex add, not a universal starter. The value here is the expected opportunity and the roster format.
3. Efton Chism III, WR, Patriots. His one-handed touchdown catch against the Bills was the headline moment, and the chip-on-the-shoulder edge is easy to sell. Cap's Take: The catch earned a closer look, but make this a measured bench add until his role is clearer. The play is a reason to investigate, not a guarantee of weekly volume.
4. Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Browns. Two touchdowns last week and still underowned makes Fannin one of the most interesting tight-end claims on the list. Cap's Take: At a position where managers are often searching for a usable option, two scores are enough to justify a claim. Keep expectations tied to the role you can confirm.
5. Bucky Irving, RB, Buccaneers. Irving is the handcuff to White and belongs on the radar for managers who want backfield insurance. Cap's Take: Prioritize him if you roster White or have room to stash a player whose value is tied to that backfield. Handcuffs are most useful when you can afford to wait.
The order is straightforward: McMillan first, then address your league format and roster needs. Bagent is a SuperFlex solution, Fannin can help at tight end, and Chism and Irving are more situational adds. Check your league's available players and waiver deadline before submitting claims.
